威尼斯双年展年58届参展格林纳达艺术家之一
艾米·坎内斯特拉（AmyCannestra）
通过表演、录像、装置和雕塑的结合，我扮演魔鬼的倡导者，挑战社会规范和传统。
我的作品以身体和身份为切入点，调侃了我们与媒体、政治和社会期望的关系。我们的身份是由我们做什么和不做什么塑造的，无论是通过明确的选择还是本能，但规范和传统的意图是增加还是减少我们最诚实的自我的发展?传统的思维方式是“我们一直都是这样做的”，而没有考虑到世界是如何随着时间而改变的。虽然形成了良好的意图(传递信仰、习俗和思维方式)，但是传统在什么程度上阻碍了社会的发展，而不是简单地帮助其存在？
这些问题在我的作品中体现出来，我重新定位文化，并从文化和生活的趋势中找寻线索。所使用的材料为观众创造了一个切入点。他们的内心感受(包括社会内涵、个人记忆和直觉)与我作品中所包含的对象形成了一种预判的关系，同样也是他们与我的作品产生联系和体验的重要因素。
